Our Process
Every aspect of the work we do here at Miller Pools is geared towards the satisfaction of our customers.
Whether you’re on the lookout for weekly pool maintenance or want to make some renovations to your pride and joy, we’re here to help customers throughout Pasadena, Humble, Atascocita, and the surrounding areas of Texas.
While we take a custom approach to everyone we work with, our process remains consistent. This includes:
Consultation
Once you’ve been in touch with our team, we’ll discuss what improvements you want to make to your pool. Whether you’re looking to replaster, upgrade your equipment, have new decking, or any other enhancements, we’ll get a thorough understanding of what you’re looking for.
Site visit
Then, we’ll arrange to visit your property.
This will give us the opportunity to assess the current condition of your pool, further discuss your requirements, and take any necessary measurements.
Proposal
Our owner, Michael, will then put together a detailed proposal for the work. If you’re having a remodel, this will include the different options for the plaster surface finish, tile and coping, and equipment upgrades you may want to consider.
This will then be sent directly for you to review, and we can also answer any questions you may have at this stage. An appointment to our remodel showroom can also be arranged where you can look at the various tile, coping and plaster options.
Work begins
Once you’ve made your final decision, we can order the necessary materials and get to work.
We will start as soon as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process.
For all remodel jobs, Michael will be the supervisor and will personally visit your property on a daily basis to assess the progress. This is to ensure everything is going as planned and you are fully satisfied.
Maintenance
Once the remodel has finished, we will provide our ongoing maintenance service that keeps your pool in the very best condition.
For the first week, we will attend every day except Sundays to brush and balance chemicals.
The second week will see us attend every other day except Sundays, before dropping down to once a week for the next 10 weeks. The pool will be cleaned and chemicals checked to ensure they’re at the appropriate levels on every visit.
All of this will be provided to you at no additional cost.
